“We urgently need to adapt to what is happening in the rest of the world. We want to allow the members of the various clubs to freely choose how they should be managed.”, Cúneo Libarona expressed on his social networks.


The Justice Minister also cited Manchester City and PSG as examples of the “success” of private companies, and took the opportunity to correct the mistake he made last Tuesday at a press conference, when he named Real Madrid and Barcelona as examples of private clubs.

“As in all sectors of Argentina, there is a caste that benefits from the current model and resists these changes. But as a government we have the mandate to liberate Argentines. Football is no exception,” he said.
