In the final, the Canadian national team will face the Spanish team. The final match will take place on Sunday 9 January.

On January 6, Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev defeated Italian Matteo Berrettini in a group round match of the Professional Tennis Association Cup. The meeting between Medvedev and Berrettini ended with a score of 6: 2, 6: 7 (5: 7), 6: 4. The match lasted 2 hours 38 minutes.

On the same day, Russian Roman Safiullin lost to Italian Yannick Sinner with a score of 6: 7 (6: 8), 3: 6. The match lasted 1 hour 57 minutes.
