Through the Official Gazette, with Resolution 822/2024, the entity that regulates national security, assured that “the factual basis that gives rise to this measure are the episodes of violence recorded at the “Alfredo Ramos” stadium of the Comunicaciones Club on the occasion of the soccer match that was to be played between the aforementioned team and the Club Atlético Excursionista, for the First B Metropolitan Tournament on June 22 of this year.”

“Indeed, at the aforementioned sporting event, when controlling the entry of radicalized supporters of the local entity, police personnel detected an individual identified as Zavala, Gonzalo Nicolás DNI 43,573,137 who was carrying a coffin with the distinctive colors of Excursionistas, from whom a 9 mm caliber pistol brand Pietro Beretta with 11 rounds of ammunition was seized and Clapier, Aldo Lucio DNI 27,263,678 who was in possession of a plastic replica of a firearm,” the statement added.
