How to generate specific, concrete and measurable objectives

As a high performance coach I know well How important it is for companies to have results because they live and grow based on achieving objectives and profitability, they can boost themselves and grow, or live in chaos until they close.

Companies often undergo constant changes due to the political and economic situation of countries, staff turnover, the incorporation of new generational models, adaptation to organizational culture, new paradigms regarding work culture, education and other factors that directly affect the functioning and performance of work teams.

Based on my experience as a trainer, when companies hire me, they usually have high expectations, so before starting the EAR (High Performance Training), the ideal is to generate specific, concrete and measurable objectives.

It is clear that adjustments can be made during the process to achieve the goals, as we work with real people and issues from teams in different areas. This will make the process more dynamic.

So, how can we achieve specific, measurable and factual results in this type of training?

In particular, I use my methodology, called The triple C, The determining factors and pillars of it are Communication, Coherence/Behavior and Consciousness.

Communication, both verbal and non-verbal, and coherence in it will be a fundamental part to achieve a change in behavior and make the person reach a state of consciousness, being able to observe and observe themselves in order to act from the role they play within the company and their responsibility from a strategic point of view and with emotional intelligence. Understanding that it is not the external factors that make the results, but they are the ones who will make things happen.

It is important for HR (Human Resources) to be aware that efficiency is a strategic part of analyzing what to do and how to best apply the tools they have to be productive, together with their team.

The team works with a specific, quantitative objective that can be measured over time. This training is carried out so that they learn to implement it in practice to generate real changes and not, as happens most of the time, where it remains only a conceptual tool of repetition.

In these trainings, concepts will be worked on from a practical perspective with facts that have occurred during the work day, during the week or previously, so that these same human resources can distinguish and develop the leadership skills or tools of the 21st century.

When they experience that it works, their confidence begins to work in an intrinsic way, which motivates them to achieve extraordinary results that are sustainable over time.

It is necessary to have results mainly from HR because they are the ones who have to feel good so that everything works better and any goal is achieved, for that they have to feel part of the process.

For companies, it is essential to obtain real results, not from a simple project captured on a slide or in a PowerPoint, they must be projects of this new era, based on daily situations of the company, which are adjusted by human resources that are in the operational part since they are the ones who best know the process to achieve what the organization needs to adjust, it is not about saying, it is about making things happen, for that, training is needed with processes, times and results where the company can see that the investment it makes, really has an added value for its human resources.
