Spinach fritters recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package spinach
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 heaping tablespoons self-rising flour
- salt – pepper
Preparation
- Chop the onion and mix with the washed, squeezed and chopped spinach leaves (raw)
- Add eggs
- Mingle
- Add the self-rising flour
- Season with salt and pepper
- Fill silicone muffin molds and spray with vegetable spray.
- Cook in a preheated oven at medium-high temperature for only 10 minutes, depending on the oven. They should be cooked inside but not dry.
- You can add pieces of mozzarella cheese to the preparation or a couple of tablespoons of grated cheese but be careful with the salt, taste before adding as the cheese is salty.
- It can be made with whole wheat flour, adding seeds or with well-drained frozen spinach or chard.
