National industry: building the future by empowering talent

In volatile contexts, where changes occur ever faster, with complex and unpredictable scenarios such as the one we are currently experiencing, one of the keys for companies to be able to stay in business and grow is to prepare and continually adapt to new challenges. To build the future and mitigate uncertainty, it is essential to support industrial development from the sustainability of human capital.

Dario Barbieri, founder of our company, left an indelible mark on our corporate culture. He said that the social fabric grows when there is awareness and everyone puts their best effort into weaving. That is why, even in the most difficult times, we choose to always put people first.

In this sense, we believe that there is always the possibility of building new scenarios, and that the innovation required to build the future must be a collective effort, in which we are all part. In this journey, we support our teams with tools that allow them to face the challenge of a reality that is increasingly uncertain, with more volatility and constant change, promoting their training and development as a pillar for joint growth.

In this way, we seek to ensure that everyone is part of the evolution and growth of the company, co-creating in a network and guaranteeing collaborative, diverse and respectful work spaces. How do we do this? For example, through the Individual Development Plan, which defines an annual training strategy according to the company’s dreams and objectives, the training needs and the skills development opportunities of each employee.

With an eye to the future, this year we took a further step in our development programs to enhance human capital. For the first time, we are implementing the FINES Program at our production plant, so that people in the operations sector who have not yet completed their secondary education can take it during their working hours. We started a pilot test with the first 11 operators, with the aim of extending the course to the rest of the collaborators year after year.

In addition, we have expanded our Young Professionals Program to the industrial area to promote the rotation of production plant operators across different sectors of the company, such as the ICT, Engineering and Quality areas, with the aim of providing them with a comprehensive vision of the business, promoting collaboration between teams to generate synergies that improve results and developing new key skills to face current production challenges.

Each of these initiatives is in line with our purpose of Building the Future and Building a Family. Without a doubt, this context we are living in has brought new challenges for the industry. However, something that characterizes each Argentine SME is always looking ahead and finding opportunities to continue developing and growing.

Our commitment is to continue working, with the passion that characterizes us, to innovate in the way we produce and build, assuming our role and responsibility as agents of change in the industry. We are convinced that true growth in the sector is achieved through the sustainability of human capital. Our teams are the engine that drives us every day to build a better future.
