Who can access ANSES Family Allowances
The different benefits within the Family Allowances are intended for those who are in these social situations:
- Female employees.
- That they collect through a Workers’ Compensation Insurance Company.
- Self-employed workers.
- Seasonal workers.
- Rural workers.
- That they collect unemployment benefits.
- That they receive the Honorary Pension of War Veterans.
- That they receive a Non-Contributory Disability Pension or transplant allowance.
- Holders of pensions and retirement benefits.
Income limit to access ANSES Family Allowances
The maximum income limit for each member of the family group was determined in $1,727,688This means that if any member of the household exceeds this sum with their monthly income, the entire family will be excluded from the benefit scheme, even if the total sum of income does not exceed the maximum limit established for the group.
On the other hand, the maximum income limit for the family group as a whole was set at $3,455,376This means that if the group’s total income exceeds this figure, none of the people included in that group will be able to access Family Allowances.
