An area of New York offers grants to promote new residences. This is Rochester, a city that launched the Greater Roc Relocate program, dedicated to those who wish to become homeowners in that location. Benefits for applicants will be in amounts of up to US$9,000, with a focus on those willing to move from more than 300 miles away (482 kilometers).

They must be over 18 years of age and be authorized to work within the United States. After confirming their participation in the program, they have six months to complete the moving process.

The program already has 32 beneficiaries, who work remotely.

This is support for the construction, purchase, improvement and rehabilitation of eligible rural homes, with 100% financing and no down payment required for qualified buyers.
