This benefit works so that families can achieve Basic Food Basket (CBA) which, according to the latest report from the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INDEC), in July reached $405,697while the Total Basic Basket (CBT) is located in $900,647an increase of 3.1%.

The important change that Human Capital made for the ANSES Food Card.
In this regard, a major change was made to this ANSES plan, since from now on AUH beneficiaries can have children up to 17 years old to continue receiving benefits. The limit was increased by three years, since before the maximum age was 14 years.
Who can access the Food Card in October 2024
The groups that can access to the ANSES Food Card are the following:
- Those who receive the Universal Child Allowance with children up to 14 years of age inclusive.
- Pregnant women from 3 months onwards who receive the Pregnancy Allowance for Social Protection.
- With children with disabilities who receive the Universal Child Allowance, without age limit.
- Holders of a Non-Contributory Pension for Mother of 7 children.
In this sense, those who are over 14 years old, from the age of 15 onwards will not be able to access the Food Card..
Food Card amounts in October 2024
The amounts of the Food Card, according to how the family is formed, are the following:
- Pregnancy Allowance: $52,250
- Families with one child: $52,250
- Families with two children: $81,936
- Families with three or more children: $108,062
