In the first half of the year, the Federal Criminal Judicial Office of Salta reported 1,487 hearings requested, scheduled and held (guarantees and review), with an average time per hearing of 31.6 minutes and an average duration of 49.25 days for closed cases.


For its part, in the Rosario Federal District -one of the most voluminous due to the anti-drug trafficking agenda- 108 case files were received in the guarantee stage between May 5 and September 18 of this year alone.
