Step by step to report a change of address to the IPS in the Province of Buenos Aires

The procedure is carried out in person and without a previously assigned appointment in any of the delegations and service centers that the IPS has in the province of Buenos Aires. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. If you are the legal or judicial representative of the beneficiary, there is additional documentation that must be presented to the agency.

For beneficiaries, the required documentation is the following:

  • DNI (front and back) of the holder and family group.
  • Note signed by the owner indicating the change of address.
  • Complementary documentation that is deemed relevant.
  • Power of attorney/power of attorney (Optional).
