Bayer Leverkusen’s 2-0 lead against newly promoted Holstein Kiel is not enough to win. Champions League leaders Borussia Dortmund are making a sobering return to everyday league life.
Bayer Leverkusen completely surprisingly lost a well-planned mandatory victory in the hunt for leaders FC Bayern Munich. Despite a 2-0 lead, the champions had to settle for a 2-2 (2-1) draw at home against newcomers Holstein Kiel.
