Who can access the ANSES unemployment benefit
This benefit is intended for people who have been fired from jobs in a dependency relationship. without justified causewhether for reasons beyond its control, the termination of a contract, or for reasons contemplated in the Employment Contract Law No. 24,013.
The requirements To access the subsidy are the following:
- For permanent workers: They must have worked for at least 6 months with contributions in the 3 years prior to dismissal or the end of the contract.
- For temporary workers or seasonal: They must have accumulated less than 12 months of work in the last 3 years and have worked more than 90 days in the last year before the end of their employment.
Amount of ANSES unemployment benefit
During the month of October, those who receive this financial benefit will receive a variable amount, which will depend on the previous income and the contributions made during the time they worked in the job from which they were fired. According to current regulations, the number of installments to be received can vary between 2 and 12, according to each particular situation. Its value is governed by the current SMVM. The minimum amount that can be left over is 50% of this valueand the maximum amount is 100% of the salary determined by ANSES. In October and for the rest of the year, the values will be these:
- Minimum amount of unemployment benefit: $135,785.61
- Maximum amount of unemployment benefit: $271,571.22
