Will Christian Eriksen return to the Premier League? Brentford FC is said to have offered the Danish star a contract.

Premier League promoted FC Brentford have reportedly offered midfielder Christian Eriksen a contract until the end of the season with an option for a further year. This is reported by the English portal The Athletic.

Eriksen is currently without a club after his contract with Inter Milan was terminated in December last year.

Eriksen wants to continue his professional career

The 29-year-old had a defibrillator used after the EM drama, but he wasn’t allowed to play with it in Italy’s Serie A. Eriksen wants to continue his professional career in another country, his agent spoke exclusively to GOAL and SPOXtold.

Eriksen previously played for Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League from 2013 to 2020 and made over 300 appearances for Spurs.
