What documentation do you need to process a free cane at PAMI?
To request a free cane at PAMI, you must have the following documentation:
- Electronic Medical Order (OME).
- If you do not have the OME, you can present:
- National Identity Document (DNI).
- Manual order from a GP or specialist.
- Summary of medical history, including the member’s weight and height.

How to carry out the procedure quickly and easily?
There are two ways to request the canes: online and in person.
Online procedure

Enter the PAMI website: Access the official PAMI page from your computer, cell phone or tablet.
