An investigation carried out by the consultancy Voices! and WIN Internationalreflects the disturbing fact that Argentina is positioned among the countries in the world where sleep is worst. The survey they carried out also revealed that there is among the territories that have the greatest stress on its inhabitants.
This study was carried out at a global level, in the context of a new World Mental Health Day. The results warned that Argentina remains on the dangerous podium of the most affected countries at the stress level, a fact that influences sleep. At the same time, both factors are determinants for psychological well-being.
The survey was carried out in 39 major countrieswhere these two vital notions for human beings were investigated. First place was occupied by Peruturning out to be the most affected country in Latin America.
Survey results and causes of stress
According to the research, 32% of respondents worldwide had negative responses to stress. In concrete terms, that percentage classified it as “quite bad” or “very bad.”
In Argentina, it was observed that 54% of the responses regarding this problem were negative. It was positioned just below Peru, where 56% responded negatively. Third place went to Nigeria, with 51% negativity.
