On October 24, the first edition of TENT Creator Summita conference totally focused on content creation and platforms. There will be more than 1,000 creators, panels, and workshops in three different settings.
The objective of the conference will be to create a space for learning, networking and collaboration between the key actors of this ecosystem.
Stream channels such as Luzu, Olga and Blender and leading platforms such as YouTube, Meta and TikTokwho will be at the event with their international executives and their main figures. The focus of the day will be on share knowledge, experiences and best practices. In that sense, they will offer tools to strengthen the community, drive collaboration and address current sector challenges.
The conference will take place within the framework of the Tecweek, an initiative of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires that focuses on events of emerging and creative technologies.

Additionally, representatives from YouTube, Meta and TikTok will offer workshops on live streaming strategies, new formats, and how to turn podcasts into hits.
The trend of content creators is growing
The appearance of influencers and content creators is increasingly a marked trend on different social networks or platforms.
In Argentina, there are more than 32 million people who consume social networks dailyand much of what you see is generated by independent content creators. The average time that Argentines spend on social networks is 3 hours and 22 minutes per dayone of the highest in the region, according to data from the Center for Technology and Society of the University of San Andrés.
Globally, this industry is valued at more than US$104.2 billion and continues to increase annually. It is estimated that more than 50 million people around the world consider themselves “creators”despite the fact that the creator economy was born only a decade. He became the type of fastest growing small businessand a survey carried out by Signal Fire revealed that more kids want to be YouTube stars (29%) that astronauts (11%) when they grow up. These data highlight the economic impact of content creators and their key role in this ecosystem both internationally and in Argentina.
