Who can access ANSES pensions
ANSES pensions are divided into several categories:
- Non-contributory pensions: These pensions are intended for people who did not make contributions to the social security system, such as older adults, people with disabilities and single mothers.
- Contributory pensions: These pensions are granted to people who have contributed to the system for at least 30 years (for men) or 25 years (for women). They include ordinary retirements and retirements for special activities.
- Pensions for blindness: For registered workers with congenital or acquired blindness, with 45 years of age (for both sexes) or 20 years of contributions.
- Disability pensions: For registered workers who are unable to work due to illness or injury.
- Death pensions: Benefits for the relatives of a deceased worker who has made contributions to the system.
Requirements to collect ANSES pensions
