The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) announced that in November 2024, the holders of the Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) for Disability and Old Age will receive an amount of $177,010. This adjustment is part of a general increase in the 3.5% in retirements, pensions and allowances, aligned with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) corresponding to September. This measure seeks to strengthen the purchasing power of beneficiaries in a challenging economic context.
In addition, the pension organization continues to pay the minimum retirement of $244,320.56adding a bonus of $70,000. With this adjustment, both the minimum and maximum amounts of pensions and retirements will be updated, significantly impacting the economy of families that depend on this income.

PNC for Disability and Old Age of ANSES
The requirements to access the Non-Contributory Disability Pension are the following:
- Be a native or naturalized Argentine, or a foreigner with at least 10 years of continuous residence in the country.
- Minor applicants must demonstrate that their fathers, mothers or guardians have resided in the country at least 3 years.
- Have less than 65 years.
- Not receiving a retirement or pension.
- For minors, the family group’s income must not exceed 4 minimum retirements.
It is important to highlight that in provinces such as Santiago del Estero, Santa Cruz, San Luis, La Pampa, Neuquén or Tierra del Fuego, a cadastral report must be presented with the seal of the issuing body in the name of the applicant, spouse, cohabitant, or, in the case of minors 18 yearsin the name of the parents or guardian.
Regarding the Non-Contributory Old Age Pension, the requirements are:
- Have 70 years or more.
- Be a native or naturalized Argentine, or a foreigner with at least 40 years of residence in the country before making the application.
- Residents must have lived in the country for at least 5 years prior to the application.
- Not receiving, neither the holder nor his or her spouse, a retirement, pension or withdrawal from any pension scheme.
- Not having assets, income or resources that allow the subsistence of the family group, nor having relatives obliged to provide food.
- Not being detained at the disposal of Justice.
- In the case of marriage, the old-age pension will be granted to only one of the spouses.
The definitive absence from the country will result in the loss of the right to the benefit from the moment it becomes known. In the event of death, the benefit can be claimed by the widowed spouse, disabled common-law partner, or minor or disabled children with no age limit.

Amount in November 2024
With the increase of 3.5% established for November 2024, pensioner benefits are adjusted as follows:
- Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) for Disability and Old Age: $177,010.24.
As for the November bonus, its delivery has not yet been confirmed, but if it is paid again, pensioners could receive it. In that case, adding the $70,000 of the bonus, the total would reach $247,010.24.

The application for the different Non-Contributory Pensions can be processed through the website of my ANSESwith the app my ANSES or in person, with a prior appointment. The resolution time for the procedures ranges between three and six monthsalthough it may vary depending on each case. It is recommended to follow up personally through the official ANSES website.
