Although Economía dissolved the AFIP, it issued a new resolution requesting that the process to join the REIBP for non-regularized goods be accelerated.
With the tax package which has already been approved by the Chamber of Deputiesthe Government asked the AFIP to speed up the entry process new taxpayers to the Special Personal Property Tax Regime (REIBP) that everyone can access those who are tax residents in the country as of December 31, 2023 and those residents who had been tax residents in the country before that date, within the framework of the bleach.
On the other hand, it had been clarified that they could enter this special regime for assets not regularized until the September 30 inclusive and until the end of all stages through a DDJJ. However, as is already known, the Government decided to extend stage 1 of the laundering, so that date was moved to October 31.
According to the Resolution 1073/2024 of the Ministry of Economy, “a significant number of taxpayers have expressed the option of joining the REIBP for non-regularized goods “But they have not been able to complete that process.” That is why the AFIP was entrusted with “dictating the rules that authorize the completion and completion of membership in the REIBP until October 31, inclusive.”
That is why Economía asks AFIP for the following:
to. complete the obligations subsequent to joining the REIBP, provided that they had expressed this option by September 30, 2024, inclusive; either
b. express the option of joining the REIBP and complete the subsequent obligations, if they had submitted by September 30, 2024, inclusive, the sworn declaration of the Personal Property Tax corresponding to the 2023 fiscal period, thus allowing its rectification.
