The first reactions to Venom: the last dance (Venom: The Last Dance) are already circulating on social media, with members of the press calling the film a Sony Pictures as a “fan feast,” “monumental,” and a “fitting end” to the trilogy.
Tom Hardy returns as Eddie Brock, better known as the Venom symbiote from the comics. “Spider-Man”for Venom: the last dance. According to the official synopsis, “Eddie and Venom are on the run. Pursued by their two worlds and with the web closing in, the duo is forced to make a devastating decision that will bring the curtain down on Venom and Eddie’s last dance.”

Along with Hardy, Venom: The Last Dance stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, Rhys Ifans, Peggy Lu, Alanna Ubach and Stephen Graham.
Kelly Marcelwho wrote and produced the first two “Venom” films, directed “The Last Dance” from a script she wrote herself. Marcel and Hardy developed the story for Venom 3 and produced it alongside Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal and Hutch Parker. Joe Caracciolo Jr. is executive producer.
What the first reactions of Venom: the last dance say
Screen Rant’s Joseph Deckelmeier wrote in X that the film “takes you on a wild and exciting ride from start to finish”. “It’s a fun, fun movie that reminds me of the comic book movies of the early 2000s. The action is great and it’s an homage to the action movies of the ’80s. There are a lot of funny moments,” he continued. “Are there plot holes and some problems with the story? Yeah.[Es] fun? Also, yes”.
Digital Spy editor Ian Sandwell rated the third installment as “the most entertaining of the trilogy” adding that “it’s very much a fun, sweet ride as Eddie and Venom live out their runaway dreams as Thelma and Louise, which include in-car karaoke and dog rescue. You might even get emotional.”
The Atom Review praised Hardy’s performance as Eddie Brock/Venom, writing in X: “A huge, EPIC, EMOTIONAL ending! Tom Hardy gives EVERYTHING and Sony has never been better. The impressive action satisfies with the 40 centimeters. It’s not just another Venom movie, It’s one of the BEST comic book movies ever! A fitting ending that sets the stage for what comes next.”
In a later post, Atom Review wrote: “Cinematic fun with incredible scope. A feast for fans and a true love letter that pays tribute to the franchise. It offers great humor, bold action and a captivating story.”
