“The objective for this first stage was to solve the problems of the macroeconomy. You are right to demand answers for a sector that has suffered the consequences of these macroeconomic imbalances. And everything will come in its time. “I know about the emergencies, I spoke with several of you, and I know the concern”Francos stated before an auditorium full of industrial leaders.

Guillermo Francos suggested the possibility of moving towards a Large Investment Incentive Regime for all activity.
The Government gave details about a RIGI for all activity.
In this sense, he added: “Because normally the SME entrepreneur lives very day to day. He lives by investing everything he gets, struggling as he does to pay his salaries and expenses. We need to grow the economy, because one can solve macroeconomic problems, but only on the basis of these companies is the multiplication and growth of the economy generated.”
Therefore, Francos suggested the possibility of moving towards a Large Investment Incentive Regime for all activity: “I understand the meaning of an SME law, the search to reduce taxes, which is what we have done through the RIGI. What the Government seeks is for there to be a RIGI for all business and productive activity. That SME companies also have these options.”
“We know that we went through a very hard period, but everything that comes is better. I hope that much sooner rather than later we can give the sector the conditions that allow them to conduct and generate competitive economic activity in the Argentine market and in exports. Entrepreneurs have that spirit of always looking for paths. And Argentina is offered enormous expectations,” he stated.
For his part, Rosato noted in the introduction: “I want to thank all the industrialists who are participating in this exhibition. Special thanks for the presence of the Chief of Staff, which is very important to us. Because right now we industrial SMEs need to be heard. We need proposals, give proposals. And this congress is consensus. It’s about this.”
“It is essential to agree with our government, with all political sectors, on this great opportunity to compete at an international level. We must work on key issues such as costs. I believe that this is the path that will help us seek competitiveness along with something as important as the SME law.”
