With this acquisition, the hotel chain aimed at a holiday audience in a premium segment, once again opts for a beach destination for a client who loves golf, polo and water sports such as sailing. A client who values the location, the quality of the facilities and the excellence of the service, without forgetting the important commitment to the environment that all the company’s establishments have assumed. And it is that all the hotels in the chain have or are processing the LEED seal, a distinction granted by the US Green Building Council and which regulates the condition of a sustainable building.

The MIM Sotogrande Club Marítimo, which hopes to open its doors to the public in April, is a building decorated by the prestigious interior designer Pascua Ortega, who has renovated it while preserving the charm of the setting.

It has 45 rooms with a design that inspires modernity and is very cozy in a loft style, with extraordinary views of the port of Sotogrande and the Mediterranean Sea.

In addition, this new Messi hotel has two restaurants with terraces and a spa.

Obviously they are exclusive hotels, where you can find a wide variety of rooms at a price that starts from 100 euros per night in the middle of the weekend for two people.
