PNC amount for disability in November 2024
The value of the Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC), both for disability and old ageis equivalent to 70% of a minimum retirement. Taking into account the 3.5% increase, this benefit will be $177,010.24 in November. Likewise, if the bonus confirmed by ANSES is added, this group will receive a total of $247,010.24.
PNC requirements for ANSES disability
The PNC for Disability is intended to accompany the people who cannot work for health reasons and are in a situation of social vulnerability. In order to have this benefit, you must comply with the following: requirements:
- Prove a work disability of 66% or more, through an Official Medical Certificate (CMO).
- Be up to 65 years of age
- Be a native Argentine, or naturalized, resident in the country.
- If you are a foreigner, you must prove a minimum continuous residence in the country of 10 years.
- In the case of minor applicants, it is the parents or guardians who must prove a minimum continuous residence in the country of 3 years.
- Do not collect retirement or pension.
- In the case of minor applicants, the family group’s income cannot exceed 4 minimum pensions.
- Cadastral report with seal of the issuing body in your name or that of your spouse/cohabitant. If you are a minor, in the name of your parents or guardian (this requirement is only for residents of Santiago del Estero, Santa Cruz, San Luis, La Pampa, Neuquén or Tierra del Fuego).
With regards to the PNC for Old Agethis one works for those people aged 70 or over, who are without pension or non-contributory coverage. Likewise, in the event of the death of the holder, the widow or common-law wife over 70 years of age, incapacitated, who has lived together for the last 5 years prior to death has the right to receive the pension. In order to have this benefit, you must comply with the following: requirements:
- Be 70 or older.
- Be a native or naturalized Argentine, resident in the country. In the latter case, you must have resided in the country for at least 5 years before making the application.
- Foreigners must have resided in the country for at least 40 years before applying.
- Not collect, neither the holder nor his or her spouse, a retirement, pension or withdrawal of a contributory or non-contributory nature, granted by any pension regime.
- Not possess assets, income or resources of another nature that allow their subsistence and that of their cohabiting family group, nor relatives obliged to provide food.
- Not being detained at the disposal of Justice.
- In the case of a marriage, the old-age pension will be processed only in favor of one of the spouses.
- The definitive absence from the country will result in the loss of the right to the benefit, from the moment it is known.
