Province Bank launched the UVA Personal Loana new financing tool that grants up to $50 millionwith a maximum term of 48 months. It has a fixed rate of 10% annually on the capital adjusted by UVA for those who collect their salaries through the Bank and 12% for the general public.
An additional relevant fact is that the value of the fee cannot exceed 25% of the client’s income.

The new line allows access to a higher amount of moneywith a lower fee than traditional loans. For example: for $1 million, equivalent to 863.45 UVAs, at a value of $1,158.15 by GRAPE and with a period of 48 monthspay an initial fee of $26,939.67.
Through this new modality, the Buenos Aires public bank offers its clients a versatile financing alternative that adapts to multiple destinations.

Requirements for non-clients of Banco Provincia:
Workers in a dependency relationship who receive their salaries in another Bank:
- Two latest salary receipts, 1 year old being necessary.
- Certification of employment, seniority and salaries, from the employer or “Digital Labor Income Certificate” issued by AFIP.
- Retirees and pensioners will not have to prove work seniority, but they will have to show salary receipts.
Monotributistas, with a minimum seniority of one year:
- Three last payments of gross income tax or proof of exemption from gross income tax if applicable.
- Proof of monotax and last three (3) tax payments.
Registered responsible persons:
- Annual certification of net income audited by a public accountant with his signature legalized by the Professional Council of Economic Sciences;
- last DDJJ of the Income Tax with its corresponding proof of presentation and payment; either
- manifestation of assets and resources intervened by a public accountant with his signature legalized by the Professional Council of Economic Sciences.
- Three last payments of the Gross Income tax, if applicable.
- Proof of exemption from Gross Income tax, if applicable.
- Proof of the last three payments of the Self-Employed Workers Regime.

Interested persons can access the Banco Provincia website to simulate to calculate how much will have to be paid according to the amount of money to be requested. You can choose the option to cancel in 12, 24, 36 and 48 months; the equivalent UVA amount in pesos to request and choose whether or not to collect assets in the Bank. In this way, it will be possible to know what the estimated initial equivalent UVA fee in pesos is; the estimated required income and the interest rate.
