The separation of the Black Wings from manager Gregor Baumgartner opens a new form of cooperation between the ICE Hockey League team and the team from the Steel Wings as well as the Ice Hockey Academy Upper Austria. The Black Wings broadcast talks about “trend-setting decisions” for the benefit of Linz ice hockey. Steel Wings boss Konrad Linner has been in cooperation talks with the Black Wings for a long time and now sees “a small step on the way to great ice hockey in Linz”. Now everyone is required to take further steps towards the big goal.
In the next few days, representatives and supporters of Linz ice hockey will sit down and discuss how to proceed. Under the motto “Everyone who wants to help is welcome”, the basis for a long-term and sustainable bundling of strengths is to be laid. “Peter Nader and Konrad Linner, as representatives of their clubs, took this step in many discussions. Now that the Black Wings want to open up, we are also available to support you with our experience and our opinions. We look forward to working together and hope that we will also implement our ideas together, as we have discussed them,” says a broadcast.
