- Maryland. Vote on Question 1, Right to Reproductive Freedom Amendment. It enshrines reproductive freedom in its constitution.
- Mountain. Vote yes on Constitutional Initiative 128, Abortion Rights Initiative. They include measures to maintain access to abortion.
- Nebraska. Vote yes on Nebraska Initiative 439 Abortion Rights Initiative or vote NO on 434. Repeals bans or restrictions that block different levels of access to abortion.
- Snowfall. Vote yes on question 6, Abortion Rights Initiative. It establishes that there is no government interference in abortion issues, leaving the decision exclusively in the pregnant person and a health professional.
- South Dakota. Vote yes on Constitutional Amendment G, Abortion Rights Initiative. Overturns prohibitions or restrictions that block different levels of access to abortion.
