The Buenos Aires Legislature joins the Night of the Museums

Next Saturday, November 9, the city’s museums, institutions and emblematic buildings open their doors for free. The Legislative Palace will offer a variety of shows and events to learn about and enjoy the culture of the place.

He Legislative Palace joins La Noche de Los Museos on November 9 and will become a cultural epicenter with a wide variety of musical shows, live art exhibitions and guided tours of the place, with the aim of bringing people closer to the heritage value.

“The legislature is not only the City Parliamentary House where laws are debated, also has a cultural wealth unique, its building is historical heritage and has a wonderful library,” explained the deputy Matias LopezFirst Vice President of the Legislature.

The experiences will offer a immersive experience which will tell the history of the palace and cover the most important national historical events. All the activities will be totally free and will have an extension from 7 to 2 in the morning and access will be through the Diagonal Sur entrance: Avenida Presidente Roca 575.

What is Museum Night

One of the Buenos Aires cultural nights most anticipated to be able to enjoy the museums, cultural institutions and emblematic buildings of the entire City, which open their doors free to enjoy the different proposals.

Guided Tours of the Legislature

  • Hours from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • The starting point will be through the Avenida Roca 575 access. For people with reduced mobility, the access will be through H. Yrigoyen 546.
  • The experience will be a guided tour of the most iconic spaces to learn about architectural secrets, their history and their work.
