The weekend closes with bad weather conditions in different areas of the country, so the National Meteorological Service (SMN) kept an alert for strong storms with possible hail and gusts.

In this way, the SMN maintained a yellow alert which governs this Sunday the west, center and coast of the province of Buenos Aires; and areas of La Pampa, Córdoba, Santa Fe, Mendoza and San Luis.

According to the SMN report, in areas with yellow alert“the area will be affected by storms of varying intensity, some locally strong. “It is expected that they will be accompanied by frequent electrical activity, hail, intense gusts and abundant falls of water in short periods.”

Accumulated precipitation values ​​are estimated between 20 and 60 mm, which may be exceeded locally.
