Boxing master Pavel Shulsky said on January 24 that he agreed to a rematch with Kenyan boxer Collins Oyal.
The previous meeting between Shulsky and Oyala took place on November 26, 2021. The victory was given to Shulsky, but later it turned out that one of the judges made a technical error.
As promoter Vladimir Khryunov said at a press conference at the Izvestia Information Center, Oyal himself asked for revenge in a letter.
“Well, that’s great, that’s great. This suggests that the opponent liked my debut fight. Because I was in the professional ring for the first time. And it would be great to have another fight with him. Revenge … Here, as it were, we have a draw. Therefore, one more fight, ”said Shulsky.
Earlier, on January 23, Shulsky held an open training session before the fight with mixed martial arts fighter Daniyal Elbaev as part of the REN TV Fight Club tournament.
The fight will take place on January 28 at the REN TV Fight Club tournament. In addition to the meeting of the fighters Maxim Novoselov and Maxim Shcherbakov, two more fights are waiting for the audience in the main frame of the tournament. Representatives of mixed martial arts Vyacheslav Datsik and Zelemkhan (Machine gunner) Dukaev, as well as Shulsky and Elbaev will meet in the ring.
