What’s next for Kylian Mbappe? First of all, he says he has big plans for PSG.

The big goal of world champion Kylian Mbappe is to win the premier class with his current club Paris Saint-Germain. The star striker, who has been associated with a transfer to Real Madrid for months, revealed this in an interview with the official club magazine of the French runners-up.

In this interview, Mbappe and strike partner Neymar asked each other questions and the former Monaco goalscorer said: “My biggest dream is to win the Champions League with PSG. That would be great. Another world title would be great.”

PSG: Kylian Mbappe is under contract until 2022

In 2020 Mbappe was on the verge of fulfilling that great dream. However, with Paris he lost the Champions League final in Lisbon against Bayern Munich 0-1. Last season, PSG ended up in the semi-finals against Manchester City.

The new statement should give Paris fans hope that the three-time Ligue 1 top scorer will stay. Mbappe’s contract expires in 2022 and so far he has rejected all offers for an extension.

A precarious situation for PSG, especially since Real Madrid, in the person of President Florentino Perez, want to guide the 22-year-old to Spain by next summer at the latest.

Kylian Mbappe joined PSG from Monaco

Mbappe moved from AS Monaco to the Seine in 2017. Initially on loan, a year later it was fixed. The total cost of the transfer was 145 million euros. Last season, Mbappe scored 42 goals in 47 competitive games.

Then, however, the 48-time national player disappointed at the European Championship and was eliminated without a goal with France in the round of 16 against Switzerland.
