The City Bank announced this Thursday the last auction of the year of properties with vacant inheritances in the City of Buenos Aires, which includes 1, 2 and 3 room apartments, a plot of land, and a garagelocated in the neighborhoods of Paternal, Villa Urquiza, Recoleta, Vélez Sarsfield, Balvanera, Monte Castro, Devoto and Almagro. This auction, which will begin at 10 a.m., presents properties whose base prices range between $8,300 for a car storage space located at State of Palestine 602 in the Almagro neighborhood, and $150,000 for an urban land located in the La Paternal neighborhood, on Andrés Lamas Street 2561. All sales are made in pesos, equivalent to the price in dollars established by the winning bids, at the selling dollar exchange rate of the Banco de la Nación Argentina corresponding to the day before the auction was executed.
The catalog with the properties for the next auction is available on the website ventas.bancociudad.com.ar. Those interested must register up to 48 business hours before the start and participation requires a guarantee deposit corresponding to a percentage of the base value of the property you wish to acquire (amount that will be returned in full if you do not bid or if the bid is not a winner). The successful bidder may request possession and pay the balance of the price in advance after signing the purchase ticket.
