On October 24, the Government of Javier Milei decreed the dissolution of the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) to reduce public spending and streamline the entity’s bureaucratic system, and replaced it with the Tax Collection and Control Agency (ARCA).

Who will have a 100% bonus in the monotax

This is a special tax exemption for those owners who register as monotributistas and invoice the rental charges for your properties to the tenants. In order to access this benefit, it is necessary to register the contract in the Real Estate Location Registry (RELI) within the 15 days later upon signing the agreement.

In turn, it is necessary to have registered in the simplified regime specifically to carry out this activityhave a maximum of three operating units or economic activities and not exceed the monthly income of the category K monotribute, which is equivalent to $68,000,000 annually.

  • Do not pay the taxes on debits and credits of all banking operations linked to the rental.
