The measure aims “guarantee the full enjoyment of rights of the CUD holders”as well as the possibility for the Evaluation Boards to face the demand without suffering alterations in their certification processes, avoiding major inconveniences and, in turn, the saturation of shifts due to high demand, according to the standard.
