The new values ​​of the tax on liquid fuels and the tax on carbon dioxide were established in article 1 of decree 1134/2024, published this morning in the Official Gazette. As arrangedthese rates will come into effect on January 1 and will remain until the 31st of the same month.

In the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), the The price of a liter of premium diesel will go from $1,123 to approximately $1,142. Premium gasoline, currently at $1,370, will rise to $1,394, while super gasoline will increase from $1,108 to $1,127 per liter, after applying the 1.75% increase.
