The government of the province of Buenos Aires confirmed that the head of the AFA, Claudio “Chiqui” Tapiawill assume the presidency of the board of directors on Thursday, January 2 Ecological Coordination Metropolitan Area State Society (CEAMSE)
He CEAMSE is the organization in charge of the comprehensive management of urban solid waste in the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires.
Before the appointment, the governor Axel Kicillof received Tapia and the outgoing president, Monica Cappelliniwhom he thanked and highlighted for the management carried out.
Tapia had held the position of vice president of CEAMSE since 2015, representing the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires during the administration of Mauricio Macri and Horacio Rodríguez Larreta.
