The man, identified as José Conde, was admitted to a rehabilitation clinic, but upon returning he intensified his violence. Among other things, they accused him of using aerosols to attack the manager, grabbing a neighbor by the hair and insulting and spitting on others. According to reports, the man would have plans to join the building’s board of directors.
In television statements, a neighbor explained the situation: “We are all afraid, that’s why many don’t want to go out and talk. He must have about five or six complaints. “We had custody for a month because of the death threats to that neighbor who left the building.”
