Stadium announcer insults Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother and has to pay a fine

An emotional Instagram story costs Porto’s stadium announcer dearly. After the duel with Juventus Turin in the Champions League, he had insulted Cristiano Ronaldo and his mother – an expensive freak.

Fernando Saul, stadium spokesman for FC Porto, had dealt violently against the Italian club as well as Cristiano Ronaldo and his mother on Instagram after the round of 16 against Juventus Turin. Now he has to pay a fine of 1430 euros, according to the Portuguese sports newspaper “A Bola”.

Saul was downright freaked out on Instagram after his employer lost to Juve in the Champions League round of 16 in March.

Insults against Cristiano Ronaldo and his mother

In two InstagramStories he insulted the opposing players as “Italian thieves” and then shot himself at superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. Among other things, he called Cristiano Ronaldo a “pig” and called his mother Dolores a “toothless grandma”.

Saul got in trouble because a representative of Porto’s league rivals and Ronaldo’s ex-club Sporting became aware of the videos and reported them to the association.

It’s not the first penalty for Saul: In the past, he had to take a month-long break after announcing over the loudspeaker in the top duel against Benfica that Porto was “fed up with being stolen from”. Incidentally, he should transfer his current fine for the insults directly to CR7.
