Federico Carrizo was left without a team for refusing to be vaccinated

“Pachi” Reed, that last year he wore the shirt of the Barrio Obrero club, had arranged to renew his pass and returned to training but before signing his new contract, the leaders demanded that he be vaccinated.

According to the Paraguayan press, the former Boca player refused to be vaccinated against Covid-19, for which the leaders told him that it was a sine qua non condition to renew the bond.

Carrizo reiterated his refusal and moved to a hotel and the leaders did not hear from him again., since he cannot resume training until he signs the contract.

The Cerro Porteño leadership vaccinated the entire squad since this season they will also face the two Paraguayan League competitions, the Copa Libertadores and the first Paraguayan Cup, for which they want to avoid sanctions from Conmebol.

The first rival of 2022 for Cerro Porteño will be the recently promoted Sportivo Ameliano, with whom it will face next Sunday.
