Through Decree 102/2025 Posted on Monday in the Official Gazettethe government established new provisions on pricing in prepaid medicine, YFLexibilizes the regulation of quota increases.
Key points of the regulations
- Eliminates the restriction that forced prepaid medicine entities to apply proportional increases to all members equally.
- It allows companies to freely establish the values of the quotas of their plans, with differentiated adjustments according to the characteristics of each plan.
- It maintains the limit that the quota of the last age strip cannot exceed the triple of the quota of the first age strip.
- It requires companies to inform affiliates about the increases within five days after the publication of the IPC of INDEC and at least 30 days in advance of the collection of the new quota.
