Not all stories start glamorous. In this way, it is already anticipated that there will be a lot of sore muscles. But don’t let it be put off by it. It is worth reading. Especially now that many deal with the feeling, “you have to do something again to get fit”. I also know, have already been there. Pull a few lanes in the swimming pool, play football again or walk again – in the beginning the vigor is big. But then the disillusionment soon moves in. For example, it is known from good resolutions that after three weeks the first ones are already placing their plans. After half a year there is only half. And a total of between 70 to 90 percent forgot their good resolutions sooner or later.
Then the bastard won. Mine was something like FC Bayern Munich under the sports brakes. It led in the double -digit range. At some point I stopped counting how often my “Now everything will be different” plans went overboard. Why did I even do anything? Because I kept getting infected when everyone was giving big speeches around me. First marathon. Triathlon. Eat healthier. Live healthier. Sound cool. I wanted to keep up, not less than a better person. You will already imagine it: it went crashing. If you are not with heart and soul, the new goals will not. Reason alone and the knowledge that it is healthy for you, do not let anyone train.
