Antonio Rüdiger is lucky: Because of his head-to-head against Atletico Madrid, the real defender was fined with a fine-and a game lock on probation.
Football player Antonio Rüdiger and three of his colleagues from Real Madrid got off the Champions League lightly after their provocative cheers. Rüdiger and striker Kylian Mbappé were each blocked for a game by UEFA for a game and can therefore appear in the quarter-final first leg at Arsenal on April 8th. Daniel Cemballos “only” has to pay a fine of 20,000 euros, Vinicius Junior remained without any punishment.
The probation penalty for Rüdiger and Mbappé applies for one year. Both also have to pay a fine – Rüdiger 40,000 euros, Mbappé 30,000.
