Bayern Munich’s Josip Stanisic burned the fuses in the second leg against Inter Milan shortly before the end. The defender’s victim: a ball boy.
For FC Bayern, the dream of victory in the Champions League has already dreamed of after the quarter -finals. The 2-2 in the second leg against Inter Milan was not enough for the German record champion after it had set a 1-2 home defeat against the Italians in the previous week. After all, the lack of use and will not be accused of Munich on Wednesday evening. However, one player over the goal: defender Josip Stanisic. His victim: a ball boy.
The sixth minute of stoppage time was already running when Bayern received a throw -in in their own half. However, the ball initially came to inter-trainer Simone Inzaghi, who-not entirely fair-handed it over to a seated ball boy instead of Stanisic. This in turn rolled the leather a few meters away, apparently with the intention of letting a little time. Stanisic then burst the collar. He pushed the boy from his seat stool to the ground.

Josip Stanisic: “Was just angry”
The Inter-Bank did not leave this uncommented. Several players jumped up wildly to draw referees Slavko Vincic to the inglorious scene. The Slovenian referee then quickly managed to calm the scene. And Stanisic also had control after the end of the game and was insightful. “Every team in the world in the end plays for a long time. It was a bit stupid from me that I pushed it there. At that moment I was just angry.”
For FC Bayern, the departure is particularly bitter: this year’s premiere of the premier class will take place in the Munich Allianz Arena at the end of May. Inter Milan can still do it-provided the Italians conquer FC Barcelona around ex-national coach Hansi Flick in the semifinals.
