Lando Norris: “Don’t believe in this momentum”
Lando Norris gets warm when he thinks of Miami. In Florida he celebrated his first Formula 1 victory in 2024. A year later, his teammate from the World Cup leadersed him. Permanently?
With a helmet in disco ball look, Lando Norris hopes for the turn in the World Cup fight. The Englishman, suppressed by his McLaren teammate Oscar Piatri from the Formula 1 tip, does not want to know from a turn to his disadvantage before Miami Grand Prix this weekend.
“I don’t believe in this momentum,” said Norris, who had celebrated his first career victory in Florida in Florida in the 110th Grand Prix. “Of course I made some mistakes and I am not yet at the level that I have to have, but I’ll be at this level soon.”

After the opening victory in Australia, Norris was no longer able to win a race and struggles with his car. He is particularly dissatisfied with his performance in the last qualification section. “Some things have not yet clicked. I have to change that,” said the 25-year-old.
