Injured Alphonso Davies reports of tears in rehabilitation
Bavaria Munich’s Alphonso Davies suffered a heavy cruciate ligament tear in March and will be out for months. In a video he now reports on the rehab process.
The seriously injured Alphonso Davies reported emotionally from the way to his comeback. In a video released on YouTube, the left -back of FC Bayern Munich gives deep insights into his regeneration process in several clips.
Alphonso Davies: Had mental breakdown
“I had a mental breakdown. I don’t know what happened to me. I showered and then broke out in tears,” said the Canadian, who was seriously injured in the knee, in a clip on March 30th. In the majority of the video, however, the 24-year-old usually speaks in a good mood of progress in his rehab.
Davies suffered a cruciate ligament tear and cartilage damage in mid -March. It will fail for several months. At the beginning of the video he speaks of being able to play “hopefully before January”. “But that also depends on how quickly I recover. I usually quickly recover,” says Davies. “But that’s the most serious injury to my career.”
