The doctor’s statement that operated Maradona

The operation was carried out by the Cybercrime Directorate, which agreed to the systems after interviewing with medical authorities and legal representatives of the institution.

During the procedure, 279 pages of the medical history, six laboratory studies and more than 500 emails among the professionals involved were seized. The material adds to the evidence analyzed in the judicial process.

Currently, seven people are charged with homicide with eventual intent, a crime that includes sentences between 8 and 25 years in prison. Among them are the personal doctor of Maradona, Leopoldo Luque, and his psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov. The nurse Dahiana Madrid will be judged by popular jury in a separate instance.
