FC Bayern Munich: Apparently death threats against FCB professionals

As the newspaper reports, calls were made to shoot the Munich soccer professionals. An employee of FC St. Pauli handed the letter, which was headed with the words “Save the league, save football. Fire and death to the dirty Bavarian pigs”, to the police in Hamburg.

Also threats against referees

The police therefore turned on the State Criminal Police Office in Hamburg. The threatening letter is examined for fingerprints and DNA traces.

The DFB was also informed. The threats in the letter are also aimed at Bundesliga referees.

Police spokesman Florian Abbenseth confirmed image the investigations: “We are investigating on suspicion of threatening and disturbing the public peace by threatening criminal offenses. We are examining the background.”
