Ice hockey bundle nominates Draisaitl and Co. for Olympia 2026
For the first time in twelve years, the NHL stars will be there again at the Winter Olympics. The German Ice Hockey Association has already nominated its best in the provisional squad.
With ice hockey star Leon Draisaitl in the fight for the Olympic medals: The German Ice Hockey Confederation has nominated its six stars from the North American professional league NHL in the provisional squad for the 2026 Winter Olympics.
In addition to Draisaitl, who is currently fighting for the NHL title with the Edmonton Oilers in the Stanley Cup final, Philipp Grubauer (Seattle Kraken), Lukas Reichel (Chicago Blackhawks), Moritz Seider (Detroit Red Wings), Nico Sturm (Florida Panthers) and Tim Stützle (Ottawa Senators) List. At the Olympic Ice Hockey Tournament, which is held in Milan, the NHL professionals take part again for the first time in twelve years.
