Through the Decree 641/2024 of the Common Nomenclature of Mercosur, It was established that the incremental exports of certain merchandise from the automotive sector carried out during the year 2024 will not pay export duties.

It should be noted that, to determine whether an export is incremental, the FOB value of exports in 2024 is compared with those of 2020.
