The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) established that September 30, 2024 will be a crucial date for those who wish to access the Progresar Scholarships. That day ends the registration period for the Mandatory Progress and Superior Progress linesThese scholarships, managed by the Ministry of Human Capital, constitute a fundamental support for access and permanence in the Argentine educational system, covering from secondary education to university.
In addition, it was announced a 75% increase in the amount of scholarshipsThis increase seeks to offer greater financial support to the beneficiary students. Registration is open from September 5 to 30, while Progresar Trabajo maintains the deadline until November 30.

Progresar Scholarships: who could stop receiving the benefit
Those who do not meet the following requirements will not be able to access the program:
- Be native or naturalized Argentineor foreigner with 2-year legal residence in the country and have an ID.
- Have between 16 and 24 years old fulfilled at the time of closing of the call.
- The sum of the income of the student and his/her family group must not exceed 3 Minimum, Vital and Mobile Salaries (SMVM)except when young applicants are entitled to a non-contributory disability pension granted under Article 9 of Law 13478.
- Students must meet the condition of being regular students.
- Engage in complementary activities determined by the program, such as the Vocational and Labor Orientation Course.
- Comply with the academic conditions established in the Progress Regulation.
- Count on the complete vaccination schedule or in progress according to age group.

The payment schedule for Progresar Scholarships in September 2024 is according to the DNI ending:
- DNI ending 0 and 1: September 17th
- DNI ending 2 and 3: September 18th
- DNI ending 4 and 5: September 19th
- DNI ending 6 and 7: September 22
- DNI ending 8 and 9: September 23
